TEMPO Holding has launched a self-tapping screw production facility in Naberezhnye Chelny. The production will be carried out by TEMPO-Metiz. Investments amounted to about 300 million rubles, of which 137 million rubles - a soft loan under the program "Development Projects". It was provided by the Industrial Development Fund (IDF).
After reaching full capacity, the enterprise plans to produce 9 thousand tons of finished products per year. The main customer is trading companies of the machine-building fastener market, and machine-building enterprises, including KAMAZ, are also considered as customers. The launch of new production, according to the company's estimates, will help reduce the share of imports in the Russian market of construction and household self-tapping screws by about 5%.
- The FRPF loan allowed us to purchase equipment and launch modern high-tech production in the shortest possible time," said Temuri Gorgiladze, General Director of TEMPO-Metiz. - When producing self-tapping screws we use modern technology of thread rolling. It does not leave chips, which increases productivity and economic effect. The use of zinc-lamellar coating allows us to increase the duration and quality of parts operation.
LLC TEMPO-Metiz (formerly LLC Thermocrep) is a manufacturing enterprise, which is part of the TEMPO group of companies. The plant is a resident of Naberezhnye Chelny TOR.
