In July 2018, fischer, in conjunction with experts from FAA FTS and Eternit, tested FZP II anchors for flush mounting in EQUITONE Linea fiber-cement facade panels with a thickness of 8 mm.
Anchors FZP II 11x6 M6 / T / 10 PA were installed with a battery screwdriver with adjustable torque and a special adapter SGA M6. To handle 15 holes with a depth of 6.0 to 6.2 mm, the mobile drilling machine BFZ 100 was used. After installation, a pulling force test was carried out, which showed an average maximum load of 148 kg with destruction of the base material. Such indicators of destructive loads in panels of small thickness open a wide field of application of this technology in the market of facades from sheet composite materials. The technical certificate for the use of FZPII-T anchors in the front panels of Equitone Tectiva and Linea is currently on the design in the FAA FCC.
FZP II is used for the installation of natural stone facades of hard and soft rocks. Anchors were used at the Schattdecor factory in Chekhov, at Pyatnitskoe Shosse metro station and in the Moscow Cathedral Mosque. The reliability of this method of fastening has also been confirmed by the fire tests of part of the facings of the FC Krasnodar stadium. The anchoring technology of the FZP II anchor has ensured the production of high permissible loads in natural stone, which was confirmed by numerous tests of certified laboratories, the technical certificate of Rosstroy of Russia and the European Technical Approval (ETA).
"Ventilated facades with hidden fastening are gaining popularity today. Before, the invisible fastening was more often found on massive facades made of natural stone. The company fischer decided to go further and to develop this direction to develop FZP II-T anchors for sheet facade materials of small thickness. We have already implemented a number of interesting architectural solutions for the hidden fastening of the lining of various shapes and sizes, not only in Europe, but also in Russia, "says Andrey Egorov, CEO of Fisher Fixing Systems Rus.
