FastTec-2024: exhibition results and feedback from participants

The exhibition was visited by 1,025 specialists: heads of supply and purchasing departments of industrial enterprises and construction, wholesale buyers of fasteners; representatives of companies specialising in installation works, private entrepreneurs.
 

Qualitative indicators of the exhibition audience: 93% of visitors influence purchasing decisions, including 72% - top managers; regional visitors - 46%. 

Exhibition exposition

 

More than 40 manufacturers and suppliers from Russia, Belarus and China demonstrated construction and industrial fasteners, fasteners for plumbing and heating, wiring and electrical installation, plastic fasteners, automotive, furniture fasteners and accessories, as well as consumables. The exhibition traditionally featured an extensive exposition of Chinese manufacturers.

 

Hort Trade from St. Petersburg, a manufacturer and supplier of industrial fittings, presented new products at the exhibition: fittings for recessed compartment handles, handle-locks for fire boxes, clamping locks and latches, as well as accessories for conveyors. Pavel Bordovsky, head of the company's production department, shared his impressions of the participation: ‘There are a lot of guests - they come up and ask questions. For comparison, yesterday we had about 30 enquiries, today we had more than 50 enquiries before lunchtime. 

They are surprised that our range is produced in Russia. At the exhibition, we are also looking for partners, including testing laboratories. In just an hour, I will sign an agreement with a Rostov-based company that is ready to test our products’.

 

The Russian company Strike presented its flagship product at the exhibition - a new generation power clamp with increased clamping force. Alexander Mosalov, General Director of the company, drew attention to the specifics of the FastTec visitors: ‘This year there are a lot of engineers and designers from the military-industrial complex at the exhibition. They like our product as it works very well in aggressive environments. This year we expect there will be many more potential customers.’

The inclusion of FastTec among the events of the Interindustry Technology Week allowed visitors to familiarise themselves with the expositions of other industrial exhibitions and expanded the opportunities for companies to interact across industries. International industrial exhibitions were held simultaneously with FastTec: Heat&Power - exhibition of industrial boiler, heat-exchange and power-generating equipment; Testing&Control - exhibition of testing and measuring equipment; NDT Russia - exhibition of equipment for non-destructive testing; PCVExpo - exhibition of industrial pumps, compressors and pipeline valves, drives and motors; ExpoCoating - exhibition of materials and equipment for surface treatment, coating and electroplating; GasSuf - exhibition of gas and electroplating equipment, The 7 industrial exhibitions were visited by more than 12,000 people in total.

 

The next FastTec exhibition will be held on 21-23 October 2025 at Crocus Expo.
