More than 40 manufacturers and suppliers from Russia, Belarus, and China showcased a wide range of fastening products, including construction and industrial fasteners, plumbing and heating fasteners, electrical wiring and installation fasteners, plastic fasteners, automotive fasteners, and furniture fasteners and hardware, as well as consumables. The exhibition also traditionally featured an extensive section dedicated to Chinese manufacturers.
The company Hort Trade from St. Petersburg, a producer and supplier of industrial fittings, presented new products, including fittings for built-in sliding door handles, lock handles for fire-resistant cabinets, clamping locks and latches, as well as conveyor accessories. Pavel Bordovsky, the company’s Production Manager, shared his impressions: "There are a lot of visitors – people are approaching and asking questions. For comparison, we had about 30 inquiries yesterday, and today, before lunchtime, we’ve already received more than 50. Visitors are surprised that our range is produced in Russia. We are also looking for partners at this exhibition, including testing laboratories. In about an hour, I will be signing an agreement with a company from Rostov, which is ready to test our products."
The Russian company Strike presented its flagship product – the next-generation power clamp with an increased clamping force. The company’s CEO, Alexander Mosalov, commented on the visitor profile at FastTec: "This year, there are many engineers and designers from the military-industrial complex. Our product is well-received because it performs excellently in aggressive environments. We expect to attract significantly more potential clients this year."
